Identity:

SEED was a RACTI-led R&D Project involving the integrated development of educational innovations and supporting technological solutions by four institutionally distributed communities in Greece, Germany, Switzerland and England. Ethnographical evaluation was used to articulate how the experience of these exemplary communities could be of use for large-scale implementations of technology in schools and for related educational policy. Institutionally distributed communities of practice, deep-structure access technologies, innovative scenarios and digital media artefacts, a variety of research studies and suggestions for educational policy were the Project's outcomes.
